Yeah, I decided to go to Vanderbilt for my surgery.  You know where Vandy is, right Bob? It's the place where every intelligent person in Tennessee goes to school - I'm sure you've driven by it once or twice!! BwaHahahahaha!!! Down here in  Bama, a gastric bypass is when ya blow past a Wavaho station without stopping for $2.00 worth of regular unleaded!   Hehehehe!!
