Most surgeons recommend at least 75 mg of protein daily. Don't know if your 46 grams of protein is shakes or food or a total of both.  You also need vitamins and calcium citrate also.  The honeymoon period normally last 6-8 months for most people. After that time frame the weight loss is at a much slower rate. This is when you really have to watch your food portions, protien intake, vitmains, and exercise. You actually have to think about what you're doing. The first few months is almost a "no brainer" as you loose weight rapidly, even if you don't follow protocol. Review your surgeon's protocol, and start over if you need to. Increase your exercise if possible.  And make sure you get a MINIMUM of 75 grams of protein, close to 100 would be even better.

Minimum recommendation for not-WLSers who exercise is half a gram of protein per each pound you weigh so at 200 pounds, that would be 100 grams. Looks like you need to kick up the protein, troybear.

Stalls can happen for several reasons but you are almost certainly not getting enough protein.  Others have responded with recommended amounts but you should also make sure you're increasing physical activity which will help get past the plateau!
