Egg White Protein Powder??

Has anyone tried egg white protein powder? If you have and have a brand you like, please let me know, brand, where purchased and price. Or just letme know what if anything you have heard. Thanks, Sam

I like both Optimum Nutrition  (22 grams of protein per scoop) and Healthy n Fit 100% Egg Protein (24 grams of protein per 3/4 scoop).  I've mixed 1/2 scoop of 100% whey protein and 1/2 scoop 100% egg protein together in skim milk. It gives me about 26-32 grams of protein per serving and it tastes great to me!

I use the healthy and fit brand.  The Jay Robb brand is good, but it is much more expensive.  I'm intolerant of whey, and of artificial sweetners, so it is very difficult to find a protein sahek that I can take.  Soy is a bad quality protein for men (actually for anyone), and is especially bad for RNYers and DSers because we have an altered digestive track.  It's bad for men because it has an estrogene effect on the body.  I found healthy and fit about 6 months ago, it's sweetened with stevia (a natural herb) and has a digestive enzyme in it to make it even more bioavailable. After trying all 3 flavors that my health food store had in stock, I prefer the vanilla. I like chocolate, but the vanilla is the most flexible.  It tastes ok by itself, but I like to mix it with a bit of ground up flax seed and a few tablespoons of peanut butter. If you can drink whey protein shakes, whey protein isolate is the best protein for post ops, it's highly absorbable, and gets into your system much faster.  If you can't drink whey then try the egg.
