Two men who have been very successful on their post-WLS journeys from that starting point are bigal2029 and Dave G. I suggest that you join bigal2029's Men's group at www.obesityhelp.com/group/bigal2029_group . One of the newer members of the group is Lyricdreamer who started out a 533 lbs and had his RNY in11/07. He's already lost 40lbs. He may be a good help to you since he's recently had the surgery. And, you may be of help to him in that your early diligence in your change in lifestyle may help him. The one advantage of bigal2029's group is that it is more private than the Men's Forum. Only Men can join and you must be a member of the group in order to even read it. It's a good place to go for more personal questions. Continue to use this Men's Forum also.
