What kind of eater were you?
I was probably the overeater and binger. Never did a lot of sweets and alcohol, didn't eat much bread either. My top weight was only 305, so not having cravings for sweets or alcohol has helped me keep the weight off. I do eat sweets two days a week and the rest of the time I'm on high protein/ fat (Omega 3 and monofats) and limited carb.
