Hi guys

Hey guys. Long time--no post., but I do quite a bit of lurking. Looks like everyone is doing well. As for me, I maintain my weight @ 195 two plus years post-op (down from 428). So life is good. I do drift away from from the Program frequently, but manage to find me way back to the basics before doing much damage. So, those who are having problems with some old eating haboits returning don't despair! You can get back to the basics of smaller, more frequent meals, protein 1st, plenty of water & execise. I will be getting a litlle help this week in that area: my wife is having her RNY/GBP surgery on Wednesday. I pray that she will have the success that I, and many of you, have enjoyed. I ask that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers.  Stay well men & keep bing the losers that you are. Jay
