I am down to just a few shakes a week, but my standard method is EAS vanilla (good quality, but Sam's Club cheap) mixed in cold coffee (brewed in batches, the flavor keeps well in sealed containers in the fridge). With good coffee plus the occasional splash of sugar-free hazelnut syrup (also Sam's Club), the powder serves as both creamer and sweetener and tastes pretty-much Starbucks quality to me.
ETA: I'd wait a couple months for good healing before adding coffee, which might irritate.
