Hey guys,                    I was hoping some of the guys that lift alot have ever had this problem. I have been lifting for about 3 weeks and have been stalled between 238 and 240 (Preop weight was 316) for about 2 1/2 weeks. My question is this....Is this normal and should I add more cardio to my workout routine? Rusty

stalls are going to happen even if you do nothing rusty. so just hang in there. i dropped my weight once a month. a five pound loss every four weeks. it was frustrating but that's how i lost. we're all different. but yeah, adding cardio will help burn calories. just when it decides to let it go is up to your body. i do cardio right after my workout. i go run 2.5 miles. seems counter productive but i prefer a leaner look and i need the stamina i get from cardio. if you want to bulk up then cut out cardio. i think that's a mistake but do what you think is best........carbonblob

What is your routine? time wise I do about half cardio and half strength training. I'm also not looseing as fast as I would like, but I do like the way I'm beginning to look. Doug
