Body For Life...
Hey there, Guys!
Anyone else out there doing the Body For Life workout program? Just wondering... would love to have someone to correspond with / support with. 1/7/04, I was 408 - surgery done that day. Within 19 months, achieved a weight of 160. Have maintained every since - but look SCRAWNY - and my current goal with BFL is to gain about 25-30 lbs of muscle weight. Really dedicated/into this as a way of life. Anyone else?
P90X was CRAZY - almost killed me!! That is one way to commit unintended suicide! Hahaha....

I do the Body for Life workout on a consistent basis. I have modified it some but still enjoy the routine and results of Bill Phillips program. I was 306 when I started my journey, 291 when banded on July 2, 2007. Last Sunday I was down 92 pounds and weighed in at 214. I would still like to lose another 14 pounds. I could settle for weighing 210 as long as I could see muscle verses fat.
