Any Male VSG 1 year^ post op?

I am now 13 months post op and wanted to learn from other men their story more than a year post op.  The RNY experience and those with VSG are so different.  I have lost 80 pounds and have been stable for over four months and I was wandering what I should expect. Thanks

Hi - I'm a VSG'er and am 16 months post op.  I lost about 80 lbs in the first five months and then plateaued for several months before finally losing the last 20 lbs to goal.  I had to up my exercise at the end to kick start the losing process because I started to get a bit lazy again after having lost so much at first.  If you have any specific questions feel free to message me. I'm nine months Post Op.  The first hundred came off fast.  Been plateaued for about two months.  I've upped the workouts and am now introducing fasting into the process.  I have 30 lbs to go.  Trying for at least 5 lbs per month.
