Missed it by that much......
my weight seems to have stabilized at 215 at 7 months out. Havent lost a pound in 6 weeks, but lost an inch in my waist, and chest. My Panni has also shrunk quite a bit. Surfice it to say, I work out 3 hours a day. 1 1/2 Hours in the morning, and 1 1/2 hours in the evening. My calorie intake is 1500 a day. I eat every 3 hours from noon till 9 pm. I get off work at 11 pm. when I look in the mirror, I can't see where I need to lose that much more, just tone it up a bit. I've lost 102 pounds since surgery, and 135 pounds all together. The weight came off very fast in the first 4 months.
My suggestion is to not get caught up in the pounds aspect of this, and more on the health aspect. Exercise daily, and eat right, and you won't go wrong. Before you realize it, you will be a major STUD for the ladies,

Thanks for your advice Kevin.
The only reason I would get caught up in the pounds part of it at this point is that I'm hearing from everybody that the first six months is when you lose the most weight. After that it gets much harder. So I want to maximize the results from the first six months to any extent possible. I paid $25k out of my own pocket for this sugery and I'd hate to not get the maximum benefit out of it because I was doing things that were counter-productive during that first six months. I may be wrong, but I figure my chances of eventually getting to my goal of comfortably wearing a pair of 36 pants are fairly dependent on what happens during this first six months. So I'm looking for answers.
Yeah, first and foremost, I want to live out the last 25-30 years of my life as healthy as I possibly can. But for $25k, I want to look damned good too.

The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
Try taking a weed whacker to that "hippy bush" down south. Every time I do a little "man-scaping" I drop about two pounds..... when I am shut of that 'fro.
The ladies dig themselves some "smooth" eye-candy as well
usually I hose the whole works off with a little Hai Karate afterward.... as an extra little treat
Hey! being a gentleman takes work
