thanks boner, i think it took a lot of you know what for him to come here and post. he's a bigger man than i am! it's hard to explain it's not personal, just our regular response. thanks to you and baja we hardly ever have to deal with this anymore. i think he got it right though and understands.
if she had just been specific she was looking for a site for him it could have been avoided. we always suspect the worst because they always seem to be playing games with us and looking for a fight. anyway, looks like it worked out. later..........

ok, so there's actually quite a few members here who had the surgery together with their wifes. maybe try a post here on that subject and they'll respond. i know it's a much different journey when it's the two of you. i think it's great. i'm very fortunate in that my g/f doesn't eat junk and lives a healthy lifestyle. she's in sales mostly and does client lunches everyday so she skips dinner. we only cook on the weekends. we have no kids, just dogs and a cat! so no junk food is my point. i can't tell you how much ahead of the game you'll be not being tempted by junk food laying around.
so welcome again. it may seem like we're out of control when a woman posts but that's a long story for another time. seems the only way to control our board is to make it so distastful they won't want to come back. so we hit hard. very hard. don't take it personal. it wasn't meant that way or even really directed at your wife. it's a generic response, nothing more. take care and let us know about your journey! carbonblob
