17 Days post surgery Feb 20- 392 March 7th-379 Today- 352 I've been and 352 for three days. Total weight loss 40 pounds since surgery 27 pounds. Continued good luck and happiness to all. Ken

I agree it has been a rough week.  My work schedule was altered of the past two weeks so it threw all other schedules off as well. Beginning of Journey:  306 Surgery:  291 Last Week:  214 This Week:  214 Total:  92 Back to the basics this week. Bill
