Down 100 pounds...

Good news when I got on the scale this morning, I hit 100 pounds in weight loss. I'll take that over the Easter Candy anyday!  I am feeling great and doing well. I love to exercise and can't wait for the warm weather so I can get outside and have some fun. Thank you all for your continued support!

Adam, Awesome news dude.  Like you, I am looking forward to the warm weather to get outdoors and enjoy the fun in the sun.  Being down a 100 pounds, I bet you are looking forward to showing the world your accomplishment.  Rock on!! Bill

Congratulations, Adam! Just got off the phone with my sister in Iowa and it sounds like a beautiful day in Iowa. Get out there and chase down a couple of Easter bunnies in honor of your 100 pounds lost. Keep up the great work.  Boner
