Need your help with info concerning guys and panni?
Dang, yet another downer to the surgery I didn't even think about .. &:-/)
So, can't they use that anti-scar cream to help the incision heal up w/o being so noticeable? what about tanning or some other kind of PS later on to minimize, lighten or reduce the scar?
All in all, it's better than having the panni hanging down, I guess ..

Hey Paul,
Here is the Golden standard for scars. Trust me us girls know these things. They are the BEST. I am a year out and you can't hardly see my scars...

Congratulations on your scar improvement. Although I'm not a girl, I have done some research in the past on scars and my findings were consistant with what I was told by my PS (who was a girl by the way). Here's what I know about scars in a nutshell:
"Every person heals differently and the effects of an injury or surgical scar are always unique. Though doctors cannot predict how a scar will heal, today plastic surgeons can improve the appearance of a scar on almost any part of the body. It is important to know that once a scar is present, it will not go away. The blemish may be improved or made less conspicuous, but some mark will always be present."
Take care,
Boner
Hey Kathy,
Here's my info-
DxPlasticSurgeryPost
Yes, it's just a re-post of some of my old stuff,
But it saves tons of typing! :-)
(BTW, JoAnn from Boston has all the Quixers Voting for Rocky as well!)

Hi Dx,
Thank you so much! I will make sure my son gets this. He has worked sooooo hard and looks great. But we all know, once we lose the weight we want to move on. Llive our new lives and that skin can be a constant reminder of our former fatty selves.
It was so good to hear from you and tell JoAnn...thanks
Happy Easter my friend!!!
Take care,
Kathy
