6 week post op update
I feel so great. Today i went to Drs office for a weigh in and i am down a whoping 42 lbs since surgery and 122lbs all together in my journey woo hoo. I also had an apt with sleep apnea dr. and he has come to the conclusion that i can turn in my cpap because of the changes my body has gone through so far. Extra energy all day, i swear someone is pumping me with caffiene when im sleeping because i am always wired till 8 or 9 at night then it hits me to rest, and when im sleeping i almost never snore anymore yeahhh and i sleep straight through the night waking up refreshed. i am so happy i made this life changing decision one i will never regret.
Take care,
Donnie

It just gets better and better!! I have shared this before...instead of spiraling downward on your journey, you spiral upward. You lose weight...Which causes you to walk further and exercise more (or more endurance). This in turn causes you to lose more weight...And it goes on and on!! Great FART moments. Enjoy the ride...Brian
It's an acronym for something, don't remember what. Long story short, it's what we call it around here when something great happens to us that is related to our weight loss. Here's hoping you have many happy farts.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.
Though you didn't mention it, might I reccomend that you wipe your ass? Cause that's some FART right there, podnah. Congratulations and keep truckin'.
