I love blueberries, but they are prohibitively expensive out of season unless you can them yourselves (which I don't).  I've tried them freeze dried and frozen and almost fainted when I've seen the price.

Kroger had a 10 for $10 on blueberries a while back so I bought 30 or so little cartons and froze a bunch. I put them in my cottage cheese and yogurt. TASTY. They also had pineapples for $1 each a while back and I bet I bought 40 of those suckers and dehydrated them. I added them to my gorp trail mix which is other dried fruits and nuts, etc.  All this good, healthy food can be expensive but if you watch for the deals and "cherry pick" them (pun intended), not bad at all.   Boner

Should I admit that there is only one food on there I eat regularly.  That's the yogurt.  It's great if you add cookies.   Kidding.

5/8 is pretty butt kickin', if you ask me Nick. I bet that would put you in the top 10% of the locker room. I be thinking I get in 7 pretty much every day if we include all types of nuts/berries. I don't do beans much but just bought a 20 pound bag at Sams so I'm looking to up the ante.  Great job, man! Boner

Spinnin's tough man. I think it's harder than actually getting out on the road. I got my ass kicked several times this winter in some spinning classes at the local fitness club. So, great job, Nick.  Regarding the wine.......they say that wine is good for you and helps prevent heart attacks. Boner
