Eat your calories, don't drink them.....

A study by the International Journal of Obesity reports that people reduced their daily caloric intake by as much as 20% if they substituted a piece of fruit for fruit juice or cheese for milk with their meals.

The reason: Chewing stimulates satiety hormones better since whole foods takes longer for your intestines to process thereby helping you stay full longer.

Another weight loss benefit from eating vs. drinking our calories is the digestion process burns more calories when it has to process whole foods.
