Wow!  After seeing some of these great results, I feel like I only had my finger nails trimmed!  My starting weight was only 350 (only, easy to say now).  I'm down to 220, and feeling fabulous.  I can't even imagine how some of you really "Heavy" hitters feel.  Life is great. Paul

Paul you and I are a dead match as far as stats go.  I started at the same weigh you did and am at the same weight now. WOW  Big Al has my vote for the bigest loser . Al you have done one hell of a job .                       Nick

 Don't forget Ramon ("BigDawg") of OH ..  He was well over 500 lbs, possibly 600+ (can't remember) and is now down to close to the 200s range ..

I started out at 740 on the day of surgery and at 390 today so that is a total loss of 350 lbs in 19 months!!
