What's the verdict on flavored waters?
I guess it all depends on how you feel about artificial sweetener. Other than that there's some extra sodium in there that you could probably do without. I myself use artificial sweetener. Aspartame only because I can't stand the taste of sacharin or splenda. I drink two mugs of coffee a day sweetened with 2 packets of equal. I allow myself 1 diet coke a week and 1 Monster lo-carb energy drink a week. Any other time I drink nothing but regular bottled water. I say if you like bottled water, go for that and skip the flavored stuff. Otherwise the flavored stuff can help you get some fluids in ya.
As far as it being bad for your pouch or your intestines I highly doubt it since it's not carbonated. I haven't heard of any issues but then again I am pre-op.
