Looking for feedback from my fellow male counterparts
Hello My Fellow Big Men (or medium sized depending on where you are),
In November I began my journey with WLS. My doctor and the medical center he works with have asked me to do a blog documenting my experience. I just finished my 6 months of doctor supervised appointments and should be submitting to insurance soon. What I am asking is for anyone here to take a look at the blog. Needless to say, I am new to this and I would welcome any input from the members here. I can only promise one thing, what you read will be 100% honest and from the heart of a man who is struggling with his weight. I don't see this blog as an advertisment for the hospital or surgeon. I am not being compensated for it. It is simply to document my experience hopefully for the benefit of others. I would really appreciate your feedback. Thanks again, Here's the link,

ps - I also promise that there will be no discussion of a certain quarterback retiring. As much as it bums me out, I just can't find a way that it is related to my WLS.
Scott, Welcome to posting on the Men’s Forum! Your process so far sounds very familiar. "Journaling" helps along the way helping you get your mind around your process. It tends to force people to "Think about their Thinking." Have the greatest! And keep posting. Maybe check out some of the profiles/Journals of the guys here. Everyone is different, but seeing that many have the same Motivations, anxieties, issues, etc… Seems to help along the way. Best Wishes- Dx

Kevin,
I am sure that as a Lions fan, you are a acustom to certain level of, shall we call it, losing. I can assure you that the retirement of on #4 probably isn't going ro change that. The Lions will still have 23 first round pick receivers and a 40 year old 2nd string quarterback throwing them the ball. I'm sorry if this seems harsh, but hey, you said I could talk football so...
