Thanks Sean!  Yes, I feel much more alive.  I can't wait til I can get out and run around more.  Dig your rockcrawler by the way.  We've always had 4x4's around here all my life, but since I got so big I was afraid to do it.  That ol feeling that 'man, if I get hurt, or break something out in 'Timbuktoo' they'll never get me out of there.'    Definately ready to live my life again! CB, Thanks!  That's exactly what I'm hoping.  My goal, tho I felt it was extreme, was 200 in 6 months.  I'm hoping for another big leap now that I'm able to walk more. Dale

good job man, you're really starting to see the difference.  give it six more months and you might be able to go into a store and try on clothes without thinking "damn, will this fit?"
