Be smart about this.  Tell the parties involved how it's gonna be - don't do this ****suck a favor by getting in legal trouble or losing your job about it.  In other words, don't fight over someone who ain't worth having as a prize. Best to bide your time and hose 'em both - if that's the way it end up playing.

YOU THINK YOUR UNREASONABLE FOR GETTING UPSET??? Your wife has you wiped man....sorry if it were me, I'd get copies of those thong emails...go to human resources...and tell them this man is sexualyl harassing my wife....that he's continually asking her out on dates, and she is too nice to say anything.......and get his ass fired. Sexual harrassment is a HUGE issue in companies...and this is it....unless of course your wife is enjoying it..and if thats the case...I'd still go with the emails.  Sending sexually explicit emails on company time is a violation of company policy. My wife would go kick some chicks ass ...and has threatened it when women have come onto me....and I'd certainly go kick some guys ass if he kept coming onto my wife. Scott

Actually, now that I think about it...you may want to play it cool.....and go into your wifes email..make copies of these emails for your personal records (in case things go sour...hey 50 percent of US marriages end in divorce)...and then accidently forward them to Human resources from her email with a not saying Sexual harrassment, please advise. I hate to be alarmist, but your wife is ALREADY cheating on you emotionally and socially.  If she is not sleeping with him she is dangerously close to doing so, this is exactly how many many marriages break up. The hardest part is there is very likely nothing you can do to stop it.  She is doing it because she wants to for some reason and will probably not stop just because you asked. All you can really do is hope for the best and prepare for the worst. Steve

I hope you can work it out. Follow the legal advice first. If she has been offered something intimate and then turned it down, there may still be hope if BOTH of you work together on it.

Generally, if a woman goes as far as to participate in any physical contact, I'd say it was already gone before you heard the news - In which case, time to get out.
