New Before and after photo's

Hey Al, The before and after almost defy belief--except we've seen other guys who look so different, too. Your transformation is incredible. What an accoplishment. I get where you're coming from regarding getting used to a new, smaller, healthier look. Here's hoping you learn to "see" Lil' Al once in a while, just as a treat!
