Stall no more

Came out of my stall today.  Over the past few weeks I have only lost 5 lbs.  Today I weighed in and lost 8lbs in 7 days.  For me this was not a fart..........I **** my pants.

That must have been a five pound ****!  I've been in a stall now for over two weeks...drives me nuts! CB
