Wow that was fast.  I just talked with the surgeons office and the insurance office and everything looks to be a go. I would get up and do the happy dance but at my present weight and girth that could be downright dangerous. I will let y'all know how things progress from here. Randy Soon to be a loser

We'll do the happy dance for you this time but as soon as you let go of your first fart, you're on your own! Congratulations!

Awesome Randy.  Surgery will be here before you know it and within months you will be able to do your own happy dance.  Until then we will do one for you. Bill

Randy,

Way to go man!.........Now's the time to dust off those walking shoes (as you stated the dancing is OUT...NO WAY at this weight ) The walking was some of the best advice I ever got from these veterans.........baby steps now, just be sure you are ready to HIT THE PAVEMENT as soon after surgery as you can. Gets rid of the gas, kick starts the circulation and prevents all sorts of bad stuff. I'm convinced the walking is how I got out of the hospital 36 hrs post surgery... went under at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday for my LAP RNY and was sent home from the hospital at 7:00 pm on Thursday. Good luck Loser dude!
