Alright, serious here. I am type 4 and it's freakin yellowish, no darkness like the good ole days. What's up with that? Could it be the turkey chili day after day after day???? Or maybe it's the protein powder in cream of wheat every morning?

I think the plumbing is now underworked and about to go on strike. The tp savings are tremendous, I've even bumped up to the Scott's brand because I can now afford it with the lower consumption.
Need advice.

I'm about a week ahead of you and without the the kindness of Baja and others I would have never know about the Bristol Scale. Truly an educational experience
I found that the first week or so was really dark and Bristol 6-7. My nut attributes the color to the system cleaning up and completing the healing as well as the scarcity of input material from the clear liquid / liquid diet. As I've been adding the soft food the color has returned a lighter color and added some "flotsam & jetsam" (added the nautical terms for Baja

Most recently it seems to be coming out more solidified.

I think my first one was pretty dark. I wasn't feeling good enough to spend much time examining it if I remember correctly. But for the first month or so after that my **** was kind of a yellowish shade of beige. It's gradually darkened to the point that it's back to where it was pre-op.
