Home and On Loser Bench
Well fellas, today is Saturday and I am home doing quite well. I have kept myself medicated on the pain meds because it has definitely helped me to remain functional and active. I felt especially good after the JP drain (blood collection tube) was removed - this brought my ass to tears when they took it out - literally
. I feel like everything went very well during the entire time - I attribute this to my pre-surgery diet and exercise regimen. Two hours after surgery I was up and out of bed walking. On the second day I walked 2 miles. Man did that feel good to get walking and get the CO2 gas out of my body. Anyways, thanks for all the support - and boy does it feel good to have had this done. As all of you have said to do - I have sip sip sipped and I have walked, walked, walked. I have lost one pound already - not much, but hey it is a start and we must all start somewhere. I was worried I had gained weight from all of the fluids they gave me in my IV, but between all of the ******g I did, and the one nice **** I took this morning - I am slidding down the losers bench. Amen
Be good, Taz

Good to hear from you. Some of us were starting to worry that you'd been seduced and possibly chained to your bed by a herd of sex-starved nurses. Just using you for their own private toy.
Two miles on day two. Holy Guacamole!! Boys, we got us another over-achiever here. At this rate you'll be running marathons by June.
Good to have you back. Now get your ass to work.
