HI Everyone -  Not so good at taking vitamins (only a few days a week) Not so good at drinkiing a lot of water (I try but it hurts too much) Not so good at taking in a lot of protein (again pain in my stomach or I just throw up a lot) Just got clearance to exercise but not lift weights. Need a kick in my 220 lbs 44 inch waist A $%^&*() to get down to my goal of 170 and 36 inch waist. Thanks guys!

Take your vitamins! Drink your water!  (A little at a time throughout the entire day - sip, sip, sip!) Get your protein in!  (Once again, a little at a time, 1-2 oz. throughout the entire day!) Walk, walk, walk - and walk some more until you're cleared for resistance training...and even then keep walking! Look you don't need a kick in the ass from us....your post itself is proof  you already know what you should be doing consistently but are not doing consistently.  We can kick and kick, but when the smoke clears it's all up to you!  Now go do it! Either put a skirt on or stop acting like such a *****! You know what you have to do so man up and do it. You want to go back to being your old fat self? You only got two ways to go and one of them leads back to Fatville. You better get your eyes back on prize buddy!!!

One quick question...If you have had RNY...Could you have a stricture?  Hopefully you know what that is.  10% of RNY patients get them.  Talk to your doctor (surgeon).  It can be relieved with a simple procedure.  Brian

"It can be relieved with a simple procedure." Very true!  I often get relief with a simple procedure!
