Hey,  I take a Fred & Barney twice a day and that works for me,  I started with the other chewables and as long as they are small, you can swallow them.  I am not a Dr. nor do i play one on TV, that just  works for me~! BoimagTim

YOu can get all of your suppliments OTC...at about 1/3 the price of  BA products.  I highly recommend vitalady.com  as one source.....also walmart is a great source of vits (really cheap).  I'm not a RNYer (a DSer) but int he beginnign I couldn't swallow pills, my stomach was too swollen, so I crushed them (pill crusher is about 3 dollars) ...yeah tastes like crap but it only lasts a second.  Anyway ...Calcium Citrate at walmart is 8 dollars for 200 pills (needs to be crushed or dissolved in water). B-12s sublinguals are 5 dollars for 100 pills at walmart Super B complex (200 pills) is  7 dollars...they do sell the b-50s for a bit more money.....but really a super b complex is probably  sufficient. Iron...I buy my iron at the natural food store by my house.....100 pills are 7 dollars.  Michelle (vitalady) sells bigger bottles of the chewables for pretty cheap.  Her gentle iron (which is chewable)  is like 15 dollars for 200 pills (or something like that).  Good luck.... Scott
