1st Quarter Report has been released

Three month's ago today I checked into a hospital in Dallas and had my plumbing rerouted. On that morning I weighed 442 lbs and had the following measurements: Chest - 57", Waist - 67", Hips - 64". This morning I weighed 356 lbs and had the following measurements: Chest - 52.5", Waist - 56.5", Hips 55.5". I've undone about 5 to 6 years worth of damage from slovely neglect in just three months. It's just damned near a miracle.  My plan is to undo another 5-6 years in the next three months.

Yeah. I can see the top half of him. Makes me anxious to create a line of sight with the rest of his scrawny self.

Its always nice to hear great news. Work on developing those life long, life changing habits now while its still easy to loose. Good job buddy!!
