Well I never had the surgury and am still doing my protein shake diet and "rabbit food" but have entered a stall. For the past 3-4 days I haven't lost anything but haven't gained either. My walking has increased to 4 miles a day, if I do 3 miles or less then I don't even break a sweat. Yesterday I tried to eat more to see if that would help but it hasn't. So today Im going to try and eat as little as possible with my shakes to see if that will help.

I've uploaded a new photo for all to see.

Any suggestions on the stall?

Great job on the diet and exercise, Jack. Stick with the plan and you'll break through the stall. Your body is just adjusting to the new you and the laws of physics (fewer calories in vs. calories burned = loss of weight) will rule the day.  Boner

You're looking great and doing even better. You got my respect buddy! Just stay the course and don't worry about the so called stalls. Just keep on keeping on. I think the best way to break a stall is to stay the hell off the scale.
