Hey Al.... I got some of that stuff...I can not handle the fizz....any carbonation hits me hard.... plus it didn;t have much of a punch for me.... redline liquid had a better punch...but it is strong, no fizz....it will keep you up for a while for the work out....but when it drops you...it really drops you...kapow.... One of those bottles is supposed to be 2 servings....I make it 3 Russ

I was going to try the Zipfizz you add to the water, the powder stuff. If that is what you are talking about, I am going to get some to try this week. I have been drinking the Diet Rockstar after taking the carbonation out of it. My Nut gave it the ok when I showed her that it is no Carb-No sugar and full of B vitamins. I open a can and put it in a 2 liter bottle and shake the carbonation out of it. I still enjoy the taste even without the fizzies.

I guess it really goes to show how programs can differ.  My program forbids caffeine.  Pre-surgery, I used to drink the hell outta Diet Rockstar.  Love them.  But had to give them up because of the caffeine. The ZippFizz stuff is just a crapload of B12.  Might as well get some sublingual (under the tongue) b12 tabs and take those in bulk. =)
