Wow Moment!

I was just cruising the boards and the thought hit me, "I just gave away three bags of clothes to goodwill." 

We are not talking about old and worn clothes either, where talking about good clothes and brand new clothes.  WOW! I would have never even considered doing that before my surgery, but now I am so confident that I will never again be that larger size that it actually feels great when I think about it. I guess it is a good thing that I hung on to all those clothes that I outgrew when I was gaining and gaining and gaining all that weight, because I actually have some stuff to where on my journey back to a much lower and healthier weight. I just had to share with you guys and man let me tell you that this FART is stinking up the whole room.  LOL. Take Care and Blessings on your journies. Mike.

Way to Go Mike!!    Feels really good to get into smaller clothes!!!!!!!!!  That is a GIANT FART on our journey to a healthier life.  And you are well on your way.  Keep up the awesome job!!
