really cool logo. you know, it's guys like you that really inspire me! i'm at the opposite end. you can count on one hand how many people know i had surgery. i think your story can really put a postive spin on our journey. it seems anytime it's mentioned it's all about the failure or negative aspects that arise.

just coming here we see a lot of success stories. a lot more than bad ones, that's for sure. so i like to see that side of the story come out. this is all good press and a great story for the marathon organizers and press. so let us see the little girl pics and all the emotion at the finish line. i know you can make it.

Good luck to you and the most important thing is to have fun doing what you like.  One of my goals is to be a runner myself in the future, and its stories like this that inspire many.

Hey,

I have no doubt that you can, and will, finish your marathon cause that's what all your blood, sweat and tears you've put in have prepared you for. The actual marathon is simply the payback for your hard work so enjoy the journey. Reminds me of my first century after WLS. About 10 miles from the end when I knew I was going to finish, well....... let's just say I was overcome with emotion when I realized how far I had come over the prior year. WHAT A GREAT FEELING OF ACCOMPLISMENT!! Like you, I was apprehensive prior to the ride thinking about what I had gotten myself into but everything went off like clockwork and the day was (and remains) so very special to me. When you finish this, I can assure you that you will always remember it.   By the way, great 464 logo and congrats on the pub for your run.  Best of luck and enjoy your run!! Boner
