No problem man! It's actually kinda fun making these things. How much of your weight did you lose?  Look at how much weight you had to lose.  If you've lost over 200 lbs then I'd say you're pretty close to where you should be. Besides, it's not like the DS has quit working for you. You could still get to goal. I won't go into detail about all the other benefits that the DS gives you..because you already know them all... :) Some people just don't understand! :P  Dun worry `bout them.. you just let your DS keep rocking you and smile real big! Here's the image.  This is medium quality. I'll see if I can up the quality to get the grainies out but it's best to keep it small so it loads quickly for people. http://i191.photobucket.com/albums/z176/cmirving/OH/attydallas_dblcentury.jpg Photobucket

worked like a charm!    It fits, but I had to delete my personal stats off the signature line to keep it within size, which is fine, since my weight loss phase is apparently over (at least until plastics).       I lost a total of about 208 lbs., Chris, all in less than a year  ...  Was down to about 253 but have bounced up to and stabilized in the low-mid 260s (BMI of 32) ..  I need to lose 70 more, and plastics should take off  around 30 or so of that, as I have a LOT of loose skin .  The only other way I ever see reaching goal w/o a revision of some kind (e.g. shortening of the cc, making sleeve smaller or putting a Fobi-type band on it - all of which my surgeon refuses to do, btw)  is to really get into aerobics, but I've never been one much for that, mainly b/c of the lack of results I had with it as a pre-op .   &:-/)

I can shrink the card further if you want to put other stuff under or over it?  You could also put text to the right of it. I'm sure you're on par with your food since you're active on the DS board so exercise is probably the best option for you.  I tell ya what I do is take karate classes and I go hiking.  It's a lot of fun and doesn't really feel like exercise.  Perhaps you have something you always wanted to do that would be fun?  I firmly believe that exercise should be exciting and exhilarating, not laboring and mundane.  Just gotta find something ya like ya know!? Get out there and move for the sake of having fun doing it..and because you can! :)

I tried to add text, but part of it gets cut off whereever I put it or no matter how many letters ..  I don't want to shrink the card down any more, though ..  So I'm fine with it as is .    thanks yet again ..   Since my college days (and during the initial movies of Steven Seagall) I have been fascinated with the martial art of Aikido .  I remember attending a demo by two Aikidokas at our university (UMKC) one day and being pretty impressed by their technique ..  I never expect to be in the kind of shape necessary to achieve in that art, though, now that I'm 46 and have LE in both feet and ankles (had a former broken ankle and a fractured shoulder) ..  And not very likely I can just pack up and move to Japan and live in a dojo on just rice to get in shape!   Same for my bowling aspirations from my high school years ..   &:-/)      But, thanks for the ideas Chris and I wish you the best of luck as a post-op (do you have a surgery date yet?)

What is LE?  They do have Aikido dojo's here in the US. There's Aikido of Dallas in Dallas. :)  But I'm assuming you can't move much with the LE so that might be out of the question again. With whatever you choose I wish you great success in reach your goals!

LE = lymphedema ..     Actually, you got me to thinking about something ..  One thing that we LEers have a problem with sometimes is finding pants with legs big enough for us to wear ..  The Aikido uniform ("hakama", IIRC) has very large billowy legs ..  the idea for the design is supposedly that it conceals the Aikidoka's fancy footwork from observers ..   Maybe I could kill two birds with one stone then by getting into that martial art?   &:-D)

Neat idea, G-man!    I like your avatar w. the flash ..     btw - was reading your profile .. any news yet on the approval front for DS?   I think you'll do very well with the surgery and it is the right 'fit" for you  -  we look alike as pre-ops, in terms of BMI, body build and face at least ..   I had also thought about being a submariner while in high school, but plans got detoured as I got older ..  &:-/)   Chris,, can you do that flash thing with mine?

Never done much work with gif images.  I don't know how to animate them. Good idea though. Might look into that one day. :)
