I could barely handle these before surgery, not sure I would even want to injest one afterward. All I did was get all jittery and flushed. Ironically, I think these products were better before they took ephedra out of them.
I would venture to say that you'll get a ton of don't do this to your pouch answers as the ingredient list contains several irritants including:
Caffeine
Citrus Aurantium
Coleus Forskohili
Yohmibe Bark.
All of these will probably irritate a pouch, let alone the pill size.
Proceed cautiously.

Play hard or go home.

I've personally found that ALL of the non-ephedra based, metabolism boosting, weight loss supplements are total crap. I tried countless brands before and after surgery and they just don't work worth a damn. Ephedra is still in legal limbo and the FDA wavers back and forth between making it illegal and then legal on what seems like a month to month basis. I found a distributer online and locally that has a supply of an ephedra based product called StimRX and I take one in the morning with my vitamins and other supplements. The best ephedra based supplement I've ever taken was Xenadrine before it went ephedra free. It doesn't bother me but some people experience side effects. Talk to your doc before taking it and if you do take it only take a half dose to start off to see how your body reacts to it.
