OT- Good cigars
Oh man! A perfect post for me to de-lurk on!
I enjoy a good cigar. It’s a great way to relax or celebrate a special occasion. Plus, when I’m smoking a cigar I don’t think about food.
Right now some of my favorites are the Tatuaje (brown label,) Camacho Triple Maduro, and Oliva Serie V. When I hit the 100-pound loss mark I picked up a box of Por Larranga Petit Coronas and I have a box of Cohiba Siglo IV as my surgical anniversary cigar. (The plan is to smoke one every year on March 13, but with my lack of self-control I don’t know how realistic that is going to be.)
Haven't smoked in over three years now. I smoked a pipe, but did like a good cigar. I use to buy the Fuentes Curly Head deluxe. They were the cheapest Fuentes you could buy at the time. I always prefered a 42 ring size. Would love to have one but I don't think so. I still have my pipes, couple of hand made ones. Need to just toss them. I'll get around to it some day. I really enjoyed smoking, always had a pipe fired up. That is why I am afraid to buy just one good cigar, it would just get me started again. Earlier this past summer I was driving down a two lane road and got a whiff of pipe smoke. I thought I was going crazy. I got to looking real close and the guy in the pick up ahead of me was smoking a pipe. Man it smelled good.
