It's dried peanut butter. They squeeze/press out the oils. You just add water to reconstitute it.
I just ordered some, I'll let you know how it tastes. They have some recipe ideas on their site as well.

I don't know, but with my food luck, you are probably right.
What caught my eye was that it is almost
1/4 the calories 54 vs 190
1/5 the fat 3g vs 16g
and equal on the protein.
I was thinking that even if it wasn't great straight up, it might be good mixed into recipes like protein balls etc.

What about this...Take natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt). The oil will be on the top. Pour out the oil on the top and then try that. It may be alot cheaper. I think it would be very dry. I know if you taste the peanut butter if you haven't mixed in the oil on the top, it gets very very dry...Brian
