I don't know, but with my food luck, you are probably right. What caught my eye was that it is almost  1/4 the calories  54 vs 190 1/5 the fat 3g vs 16g and equal on the protein. I was thinking that even if it wasn't great straight up, it might be good mixed into recipes like protein balls etc. Scott

I can tell you are an avid label reader, Scott! Way to go, man.  Understanding the nutritional value of what we are putting in our body is a great step in the right direction in maintaining our weight loss after the "honeymoon period." Boner

What about this...Take natural peanut butter (just peanuts and salt).  The oil will be on the top.  Pour out the oil on the top and then try that.  It may be alot cheaper.  I think it would be very dry.  I know if you taste the peanut butter if you haven't mixed in the oil on the top, it gets very very dry...Brian

Well this showed up last week, and it's pretty good. I have used it straight up and mixed into a protein drink. I will deffinately buy it again. Scott
