32" FART (long post)

Youth is wasted on the young, never knew how true that is.  Yeah when I look at my 54's now I never realized I was that big.  I never dreamed of wearing a 32, hell I don't ever remember wearing a 32. I wore 36 or 38 in jr high. In Oct. I was stalled for a month at 180 or there abouts. I thought that was where I was going to stay. I joined the fitness center and started working out. That is what got me down to a 32. That was never a goal, it just kind of happened. My goal was to do more cardio and to get more miles in walking. We had a walking program going on at work and I needed to get more miles in. I knew if I spent the money on a membership I would use it.  pan head

Love those clearance racks and also the thrift stores. I usually  go to thrift stores with my wife so she thinks I am just doing it for her. Well that is what I tell my self. I'm sure she knows better.  pan  head

Panhead, you are an inspiration (even to an old man like me at 52) CB

Makes me think about the old saying, "if I knew I was going to live this long I would have taken better care of my self". Couldn't imagine making it to 50 when I was in my 20's.  pan head
