Still losing....

So I haven't had any surgury and still just trying to hang on to my modified protein shake and rabbit food diet. It's really not that bad now that I've done it for a while. It's definaly hard at times, but for the most part I have it down. Eating approx 1600-2000 cals a day and walking 3-4 miles a night. Since Jan 7th I've lost 32 lbs and now weigh 316. I started at 348. So I've gone from super fat to just fat. Going to start incorporating some toning to my walking. I bought some of those resistance bands and want to buy a bench to use them on. I hope I can just keep the weight loss going as long as I can.

Sounds like you're doing well. Are you still planning on the WLS, if so good luck.

my wife started a routine similar to yours right after I had WLS. She is unable to have WLS because of other health problems. Anyway she is now down over 70 pounds by exercising and eating pretty much like I do now. So it is possible, I salute both of you.
