Still losing....
So I haven't had any surgury and still just trying to hang on to my modified protein shake and rabbit food diet. It's really not that bad now that I've done it for a while. It's definaly hard at times, but for the most part I have it down. Eating approx 1600-2000 cals a day and walking 3-4 miles a night. Since Jan 7th I've lost 32 lbs and now weigh 316. I started at 348. So I've gone from super fat to just fat. Going to start incorporating some toning to my walking. I bought some of those resistance bands and want to buy a bench to use them on. I hope I can just keep the weight loss going as long as I can.
