What every one else said. The brick thing started when I got back to regular food. I added small salads with every meal and that helped a lot. Now I have green **** though. Guess it will be great on St Patrick's day.  pan head

Add some spinach (cooked) for ruffage when you go to puree.  It may help.  It has both potassium and iron.  Drink as much water as you can get down.  Keep some water on the night stand too.  I kept some cottage cheese (about 2 oz) on the night stand also.  After going to the bathroom in the middle of the night I would have whatever was on the nightstand, planning ahead.  It gets easier every day.  By the way, the first few months I had green BMs.  I asked my doctor, he and no idea why.  I think it was from the iron suppliment.  Brian
