It probably wouldn't look so crazy in real speed but it is still nuts. They could use a blinking yellow or something.

You'll be ready. If not, just try to convince yourself that you are. Mine is going well. I just finished the Goofy Challange at Disney. Two days - 39.3 miles. Good times!

thats what I would do. Congradulation on the run. I kinda just decided to strart working up to this goal. Just been wondering how the differance between treadmill and bike at the gym converts to real life on the road. It has been raining and snowing here so getting out side is a little tough right now. I do 11 miles on bike start on a restance of 6 and work up to 9-10 in 36 minutes. Than run on treadmill for 3.22 miles in about 33min. Sometimes I do the elipticle instead of treadmill on a ramp of 6 resistance of 6 than work up to level 10 for 3.22 miles. I have not started the swimming portion yet but I will add it in slowly. Than there is running shoes, bike, clothes and probably loads of other things I havent even thought of.....lol well It will give me something to do anyway.
Thanks
Derrick
