Daily food/calorie intake

Can someone direct me to a web site where I can track my daily food/calorie intake? I just can't seem to get rid of these last 25 lbs. I am currently at 220/225 lbs and have been at this weight for about 6 months now. I'm about 5'9" and I look OK and feel good but I would look and feel a whole lot better if I could loose this last 25. Is it possible to stall by not eating enough or not eating enough protein?

Try www.fitday.com.  it's free, and if you want, they have a desktop versio to make finding foods easier.   You can also add custom foods and they store them for you for years. Guy

I'm using thedailyplate.com. The only complaint I have with it is that I think it's calories burnt during exercise calculators are a little off. Maybe a lot off. It calculates me burning 787 calories per hour at a 3mph walking pace. I'm pretty sure that's bogus. I had never tracked calories prior to this cause I felt like it was to much of a hassle. But I've been doing it for a little over a month now, and I think it's beneficial enough to stick with it. The first couple of days I did it, I found out I was eating between 1600-1850 calories per day and I was only 5 weeks out at the time. I decided to back off to about 1050-1100 which is where I'm trying to stay. If I've already consumed 850 - 900 by the time I leave work, I know that I'm going to have a protein drink for supper and that's it for the day. Were I not tracking, I'd no doubt, go home and have a normal meal for supper and then a protein drink later on getting me back up towards that 1600 mark. Tracking is helping me and will continue to.
The free man owns himself. He can damage himself with either eating or drinking....... If he does he is certainly a damn fool, and he might possibly be a damned soul; but if he may not, he is not a free man any more than a dog.

fitday.com is indeed excellent and there's another site which links automatically to it called dietfacts.com whi*****ludes calories/nutrition info for food you eat at many, many restaurants. The combo makes the daily tracking relatively easy.  Boner

thanks guys. I'm going to try that daily plate site for awhile. Seems easier to use for some reason. Been charting what I've eaten today and yesterday, calories certainly t count up in a hurry! I think I've spotted some trends already.   Looks like I've got to find some more fortitude/willpower  somewhere.
