Question . . .
I am 5 months out and have lost 100 lbs. since surgery and 127 overall. I have had zero problems. I would do it again tomorrow if necessary. I am 54 and my weight has been up and down my whole life (mostly up). At this point in the process combining this new tool with exercise should carry me through the rest of my life on a down (in weight) cycle.
I'm also 5 months out. Only one regret: that my insurance forced me to wait for a year of "physician-supervised weightloss". Even now it ****** me off.
But no real regrets. During the first month I would have said I miss some of my fav. foods. Sometimes I still do, but not like I used to.
Last nigh****ching the SB, everybody else had pizza. I didn't even desire it. NEVER thought I'd be ambivalent about pizza!
