Well it has been a while, I am about 250 from 476 not to shabby. I have some time on my hands to visit now that I am in Iraq. Downtown Baghdad to be honest. In the IZ  "green zone" working. And I get a chance to see the world I just miss Texas and the wife and kids a great deal. So far I have been to London, Gatwick, Dubai and now Baghdad. On the way home in a few months I have a layover in Amsterdam that should be fun. Then I come back for another 4 month period. Oh and by the way it is hard to loose weight over here due to the food you get served but I walk a whole lot so I am trying to maintain. I plan on stoping in and weighing myself on the postal scale today. But I wanted to stop in and drop a line and see how everyone has been doing I know I see Dx still posting. I have ate at Saddam's palace more than once. Well his main one here in Baghdad. Lot's of pretty things inside of it still.  Well hope everyone is well and we have not lost anyone.

Glad you are well. Keep your head down. Amsterdam should offer a few goodies that are hard to come by in Iraq (like big tittied women named "Helga" on display behind glass).

Be careful until then - AND then!

Thanks for checking in and keeping and eye on us guys.  It nice to know you haven't gotten all slender and forgotten us out here.  Enjoy the travel and stay safe.  I hear from the guuys at work that have been over there, some weird unexpected stuff happens where it isn't suppose to so stay on your toes and come home in one piece.  Thanks for the update.  Some pics would be entertaining. How much you planning to charge??? Hey,...and lay off the chocolate covered locusts!!!

Hello and be safe there in Iraq. My brother in law was in the military and when he went to amsterdam expically in the red light dist they do not like cameras. He said the bouncers hasseled him alot. Other than that he had a fun time there. congradulations on the weight loss.(like I'am sure that bouncers from amsterdam are your biggest worries....lol) Have a great day, Derrick

You'll love Amsterdam.  The red light cistrict might be "cleaned up" a little, but it will still be like no place you've ever been.  You'll leave Amsterdam saying "I have a feeling we're not in Texas anymore."  Check out the Bulldog coffee shops - you'll find guys in there that look like they haven't left for decades   Their favorite drink is a juniper berry gin that's potent! Until then, stay safe and enjoy Saddam's house! CB

Hey ReggieT! We're doing Great! Bagdad!?! And who’s that kid in your avatar Photo? Keep out of the way of crazies with weapons. Thanks for the photos! How cool is that? Come home with all your stuff intact. Enjoy the ‘herbal excellence’ that is Amsterdam. Keep in touch. Best Wishes- Dx
