I'm with you and feelin' the same way.  I think I'm gonna lose the scales for a while.  I know I'm doing everything right, so who needs the hassle! CB

I didn't regularly get on the scales while I was gaining weight and I don't get on them too often now.  I just get on them when I go to see a doctor.  Besides, if you are in the first 18 mos post-op you know you'll be dropping weight fast.  Don't sweat the small stuff.  Maybe weigh yourself once a week if you must--like Dx's weekly weigh in.  That's how most commercial weight loss programs do it.

I've stepped away from the scales too. I'm eating right and exercising. I'm going to concentrate on doing that and not so much on what the scale says. I've been at 220 lbs for almost 6 months now. I'm not sure if thats a plateau or if thats just the way its going to be. I wanted to get under 200 for a goal. But at this point I think the diet and exercise is the important part. At just over a year out, maybe I will still loose some more. We'll see
