I had to clean my underwear this past weekend...
A big FART for me.
I had fire school this weekend, and my class was Personal Protective Equipment, all about turnout gear and airpacks.
My FART was an obstacle exercise we had to do. In full gear, including SCBA, we had to crawl under a bench to the other side. Imagine a vertical opening roughly the size of the average car window. I've done it in gear without SCBA before, which was FART enough to last a lifetime; an air pack adds about 8-10" to your front to back depth.
The trick was to use lie on your back and use your weight to push the pack to one side, reducing your depth. I got through, and even faster than a couple of them skinny kids who were my classmates.

Congratulations Bob!
Smaller, Healthier, Younger,
And can scamper like a squirrel with a car strapped to your back!
Any day now you’ll be leaping tall buildings in a single bound!!
Keep it up!!
Best Wishes-
