invasive ds or rny

It seems to me that i am  way behind the curve on hospital discharge and returning to any activity.If i'm not wrong i think i stayed in the hospital for 25 days and then it was 2 months before i had enough mobility to start going out by myself .I guess those 8 hours on the operating table and 85 stitches kind of took the steam out of me.But the upside is no hernia or infections or any complications so why am i concerned ,i should be happy iam feel so great
