30 lbs lost = 1 inch gain
Heh heh. I think there's a limit as far as the amount of length you would expect to gain. Yeah, I have gained a few but I've lost 254 pounds so far and if I used the 30 pound rule I should be the next great flabby belly, old-man ass "John Holmes" porn star with a 13" long unit.
Sadly that's not the case. Darn!
Definitely not 1" for every 30 or I'd have to wrap it around my leg to keep from stepping on it. at 105 lost have seen about an extra 1.5. Man Kyp you aren't lying about taking the nestea plunge! that is the only real downside to WLS. Everyone where I work who has had it is female and so discussing Jim and the twins is definitely off base. I am glad to hear it wasn't just me.

Dr. Oz and his med partner have finally cleared up this misconception for us in You On A Diet ..
The scoop (supposedly) from them now is: one inch for the first 35 lbs. of loss .. there is some increase with additional weight loss, but, of course, it is NOT proportionate (linear?) ..
being "shorter" means you just have to stroke faster!
